This ocean front house is centrally located in Myrtle Beach and is just a short distance from attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, and the new Hard Rock Theme Park. While there is plenty of shopping, dining and activities in the nearby area, the house provides the quiet environment of a residential community.

Cohen's Retreat consists of the main house and two separate suites with private entrances. The main house and guest suites are connected by a covered porch which encompasses a charming private courtyard. The main house consists of three bedrooms, living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen. The main house also has a spacious glassed-in sun porch overlooking the ocean. Each private suite provides sleeping quarters and bathrooms.

Want to stick "close to home" for the day? The large backyard borders the beach and is perfect for family activities or picnics! Guests can also enjoy private access to the beach from the backyard.

Are you looking for a beautiful location to hold your wedding? Cohen's Retreat has been the setting for several local couples to wed.
