AFFORDABLE 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH GREAT WATER VIEW

My husband and I rented this condo for 2 weeks at the end of May. He and a "fishing buddy" went down the first week and I accompanied him the final 8 days. We had a wonderful visit. We spent most afternoons on the screened balcony with great views of the water. The fishing was excellent and the evening boat rides were even better. The Rose Marina is adjacent to Angler's Cove, so we were able to dock our boat within viewing distance of the condo. The complex is large and many units do not have a view. It is an end unit which provides a great deal of privacy and is conveniently located closest to the laundry room. Further, the Dolphin Tiki Bar (within complex and on the water) is lots of fun with great (and reasonable) food such as fish tacos, grouper sandwiches, and blue cheese burgers. There is also an excellent Italian resturant within short walking distance (I think "Angelos.") which has early-bird specials and freshly-prepared food. We ate there twice and would like to have gone back again. Also, you are not far from the infamous "Snook Inn" resturant which is an island favorite. We also discovered the "Lee Bee Fish Company" just about half a block further down which is a walk-up resturant with excellent (very fresh) fish and shrimp dinners.

All in all, this condo is a great home-base for boaters with lots of activities nearby. And, don't forget a great beach is just minutes away. We had no problem finding parking and found lots of great shells.

Finally, we had a great experience with the renter. We encountered no issues and she provided all necessary information long before our arrival. We hope to return again next year! Considering the trip down to Marco is nearly nine hours, that should say a great deal.
