Oceanfront property located at A place at the Beach IV, 9660 Shore Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. First Floor Condo! Beautiful property is popular for families seeking a relaxing retreat and for golfing.

Unit just updated with all new furniture, flat screen tv, new ceramic tiling throughout kitchen, hall and bath.

Just down the beach from Ocean Annie's (beach front outdoor bar with live music). Just minutes from Barefoot Landing, outlet shopping, golf courses and the Boardwalk.

Condo has queen bed in the master with a full bath attached. Additional full bath off the hallway. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Condo has great heated pool and ocean view.

Full kitchen provided. Must bring your own linens and towels (Linen service available upon request). All other amenities are supplied and available for your use.
