In order to best serve our visitors, the State of Hawaii requires that all owners have an on-island property rental management firm and we have selected Destination Resorts Hawaii as our designated company. Servicing Wailea owners and their guests for over 30 years, we have found that this Wailea-based company can quickly react to any needs or concerns that our guests may have, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Their guest care program encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, Concierge and Emergency Repair Services.
Our guests check in 24-hours a day with a live person, not fumble with a lockbox or emailed instructions. During your stay, assistance is available from the Reception Office seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries.
When booking our unit, there are no additional check-out or cleaning fees.
Included in our daily rate is a Deluxe Housekeeping Service which is provided every 3 days by a professional staff, many whom have been with the company and servicing our unit for many years. Deluxe Housekeeping includes complete vacuuming of the condominium, change of bed linens, cleaning of the lanai tabletops and floors, exchanging soiled bathroom towels, cleaning of bathrooms and restocking of bath amenities, cleaning of kitchen and loading dishwasher, removal of trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting furniture, and cleaning countertops and tabletops. If you prefer more frequent service, Daily Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional fee.
Complimentary services include a welcome amenity of Hawaiian coffee and condiments, self parking, wi-fi internet access, local telephone calls, dish and laundry detergent and island scented soaps, shampoo and lotion.
Their Ho’okipa (Hospitality) Desk provides expert information and personalized service for all your vacation needs including all activities, snorkel & beach gear rentals, golf, dining, maps, massage, local insider tips, grocery delivery, car rental and much more.
In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team can be dispatched 7 days a week, even for the smallest correctable issues such as appliance repairs or plumbing incidents. And a manager is on duty and on call 24-hours a day to coordinate any emergency repairs, an added assurance should this ever occur in the middle of the night.

We have owned Elua 2004 since 1995. We fell in love with Maui during our many visits to Hawaii when we lived in Kobe, Japan, for six years. Although we now live in Bradenton, Florida, we spend part of every year on Maui. Our many repeat visitors share our enthusiasm for living in Elua 2004. Aloha, Bill and Alice
From Elua 2004 you can stroll to breakfast, lunch or dinner to some of the best dining spots on the island. The Wailea Coastal Walking Path will lead you there. Enjoy one of Wailea’s spectacular sunsets as you venture out to listen to fine music, sip some of the world’s best wines, a local beer, or an exotic drink. Try out the spa at the Four Seasons, and shop for something new to wear…a magical piece of jewelry perhaps. If you journey to the end of the path you will experience the cliffs of Wailea Point, and pass through a Native Hawaiian Coastal Garden, with the sound of waves below, hitting the cliffs of black lava rock. You may choose to prepare your own feast, and dine on your private lanai. See the world anew through an ever-changing living watercolor that is the Wailea sky.
You can count on glorious Wailea weather year round. The rest of Maui is accessible from this ideal location. From La Perouse Bay, just minutes away, with its indescribable terrain, resulting from the last lava flow on Maui in 1790, through 11 climate zones (there are only 13 in the world) to the summit of Haleakala at 10,023 feet, where a sunrise is a profound experience. This is where the legendary demigod Maui performed two of his greatest feats; battling the son god and lifting the sky. Take one of the worlds most scenic drives through Maui’s rainforest to Hana , where following the example of Charles Lindberg, who lived a few miles down the Hana coast, George Harrison built his hideaway on Maui. Stop for dinner in Paia on the way back. This little town is one of the surfing capitals of the world and has a unique character. You might see a well known big wave surfer cross the road, or perhaps a movie star having dinner at his favorite restaurant in the world: Flatbread. People come to Maui for its exquisite beaches, sunsets, waterfalls, whales, and some of the best surfing in the world. Others come for exceptional golf, tennis, snorkeling and scuba diving. Hawaii is the most remote major island group on Earth, it is 2400 miles from the nearest continent, formed from volcanoes in the Pacific Ocean, making it rich in history, geology and marine life.
