THE PERFECT VACATION GETAWAY....This wonderful villa awaits you and your family located in Tivoli Terrace on the beach side of the fabulous gated Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

ENJOY THE COMFORTS OF HOME.....as you relax in the spacious open floor plan with large living and dining room areas. The kitchen, with breakfast bar, overlooks the living and dining areas. The perfect setting for entertaining family and friends. You can grill morning, noon and night on the private patio while family and friends enjoy the pool just steps away! Or plan a fun day on the beautiful sugar white beaches, just a 5 minute walk.

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE.....this town home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and one half-bath. The master suite is downstairs with king-size bed and full bath/jetted tub. The second master suite is upstairs with queen-size bed and full bath. The third bedroom has two double beds and full bath. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Ample parking with two car garage and side parking for up to six cars.
