One stay in our professionally decorated Sandestin home, and you’ll want to make this your vacation destination year after year. The large (2,200 square feet), open floor plan and great location make this the best place to relax with family and friends.
The main floor has a very open and airy feel, with high ceilings and limestone floors. After a long day at the beach, you’ll love relaxing in the large living room with comfortable couch and chairs. Watch your favorite movie or sporting event on the NEW Hi Quality 40" Samsung LCD TV with Sony Blu Ray DVD player. There's also a half-bath off the main living area.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, but remember that you’re on vacation! Maybe a cool tropical blender drink and bag of popcorn are a better choice. The kitchen island seats three for a quick snack. The dining room table seats 5, expanding to seat 8 for a dinner party.
For morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, evening socializing, or anytime in between, relax in the cool air on the private screened-in patio overlooking both the lake and golf course. You’ll get all the breeze, but no bugs…
In case you need to do a load of laundry, there’s a brand new Kenmore Elite king size washer and dryer in the home. Unusual for Sandestin, there’s also a one-car GARAGE to keep your car out of the hot sun.
With TWO MASTER BEDROOMS, the sleeping accommodations are perfect for families, couples, conference attendees, or golf groups. One master bedroom is on the main floor, and features a KING bed, large TV, and walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a double vanity, as well as a separate garden tub and glass shower. The second master bedroom is upstairs, with a QUEEN bed, large closet, and its own bathroom with double vanity. The guest bedroom upstairs also has a QUEEN bed and its own bathroom. Both upstairs rooms have their own TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area is brand new, and provides additional sleeping quarters if needed.
The Magnolia Bay neighborhood is a quiet and private neighborhood on the Bayside of Sandestin, the most beautiful destination resort on the Emerald Coast. The neighborhood swimming pool is just steps away, and the pond is stocked with fish for catch and release. You can walk to all of the fun and entertainment in Baytowne Wharf. You'll never forget the amazing beach, a short bike or car ride away! The wide, sugar-white sandy beach eases into the crystal clear Gulf water. No wonder it’s rated one of the top beaches in the US.
Sandestin has everything you need for your “best-ever” vacation. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all located within the private, gated resort. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or tennis on one of the 15 championship tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat or rent everything from kayaks to jet skis. Walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, with over 40 shops, bars, and restaurants. Check the calendar for live music, seasonal fireworks, outdoor movies, and fishing tournaments.
