Open, spacious three story house with all three floors having water views of Western Bay. Property exists on five acres ensuring ample privacy and relaxation.

House contains three bedrooms, sleeping 6, a study with a double bed, and a great room with a pullout couch. Bathroom on each of three floors. Main floor has spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, full bath, and 2 decks. Upper story has master bedroom, bedroom, and full bath.

Terrace level has spacious great room, bedroom, laundry room and full bath. Indigenous plantings, rock walls, and open field provide ample open and sunny spaces. Adjacent to Blagden preserve and trails to the water. Gorgeous sunsets. Minutes to Acadia National Park, Long Pond and Eagle Lake.
