This mid-town home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just East of the Casa Marina hotel with a very close proximity to the beaches on the southeast side of the island. It is has been decorated in rich jewel tones of the Mediterranean with tropical accents and soft, luxuries fabric.

The open living and dining area adjoins the large kitchen with a center island/bar area. French doors open all around to the cocktail pool edged by tropical plants and the covered outdoor dining area . This dining pavilion has accents of ornate iron and glass herons.

The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom in the house opens to a different part of the yard extending the private space to the outside. The spacious Master Suite has a large tiled walk-in shower with doors that can be open for the "outdoor "effect.

The second bedroom feels like it's own suite with double doors off the hall, where the bath services the house as well. The third bedroom can double as an office and has a twin trundle bed that can be a king or two twins for the flexibility of your family or group.

The comfortable and casual feeling with an easy bike ride to the beach or to the downtown area makes this house a perfect spot for guests seeking peace and quiet relaxation.
