Frances House is a beautifully designed & decorated 3BR/3BA turn of the century Conch House located in the Heart of “Old Town” Key West, Florida at 413 Frances St.

Careful detail care has been taken on this total design winning renovation. Extremely well appointed with locally custom built, hand crafted island style furnishings. Televisions, VCR, CD player, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher are all included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Situated 4 blocks from Duval Street and 1 block from Key West Harbor with its many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions.

The quaint charm of the Old Town Historic District in Key West is well known to residents & visitors alike.

Our Frances House is a completely renovated Bahamian conch style residence right in the heart of the district. An easy walk to busy Duval Street shopping and clubbing and just a short walk to Mallory Pier (famous sunsets) or the seaport district - you will find yourself in the center of it all!
