The balcony is 400 sq. ft. and perfect for watching the sunset or an afternoon snooze after spending the day at the beach. When renting this condo, you also get access to 2 covered parking spaces underneath the building.

Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a Top 50 U.S. Tennis Resort with 14 rubico (soft) courts, a world class fitness center, racquetball court, Pro-shop, and secured entry. The resort is situated on 52-acres and has 600 ft. of private, sandy white beaches.
