From the moment you enter our condo, you will be calling to book again next year! Not only will you be staying in absolute luxury, but you will be just steps from all the shopping, dining, nightlife, and family fun in Sandestin's famous Baytowne Wharf. You'll find the GROUND FLOOR corner location with wrap-around porch makes your accessibility second to none.
The floor plan is very open and spacious, with 10 foot ceilings and wide hallways throughout. The master features a KING bed, large bathroom, and closet. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed. Both bedrooms have their own FULL BATHS and lots of storage space. And if that isn’t enough, the sofa in the living room has a pull out queen bed. Living spaces and bathrooms are ADA equipped.
The large and comfortable living room is perfect for hanging out after a day at the beach (or golf, or shopping). Giant windows on two walls let you enjoy the sunshine and Baytowne Wharf views. Open the French doors and let in the fresh air, or relax on the large patio and listen to the band playing in the Baytowne square. You're close enough to hear, but far enough away to never be bothered.
The living room has a large, FLAT PANEL TV with DVD player, VCR, and iPod dock, perfect for watching sports or movies and listening to your favorite music. Each of the bedrooms also has its own TV and DVD player. Additionally, the condo is equipped with WiFi.
The dining area seats 6 for a big dinner. The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops, has everything you need to cook gourmet meals or just whip up a tropical blender drink. Three stools are perfect for watching the chef or eating a quick breakfast before a day full of activities. There’s also a full-sized washer and dryer in case you need to do a load of laundry.
Visit the private, gated amenity area and enter a tropical paradise! Swim under the palm trees in the infinity lagoon pool or let your stress wash away in the hot and cold spas. There are plenty of chairs for just relaxing in the sun. Spend cool nights by the gazebo fireplace. Or just run around with the kids on the large lawn. The fitness center is also located here, with state-of-the-art equipment to work off all the great food you'll be eating.
Don't forget about the beach! It’s just a short ride by bike, community tram or car to the sugar white sandy beach that makes Sandestin and the Florida Panhandle so famous. Since Sandestin is a private, gated resort, you'll find the beaches less crowded than most areas of Destin.
Sandestin has everything you need on your vacation - shopping, dining, and entertainment are all right in the resort. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or tennis on one of the 15 championship tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat or rent everything from kayaks to jet skis. The Village of Baytowne Wharf has over 40 shops, bars, and restaurants, with live music and seasonal fireworks. And you’ll never forget the pristine, wide, glorious beach.
There’s no need to leave Sandestin until your vacation is over, although the resort is close to other great Destin restaurants and shopping. Silver Shells Outlet Mall is a mile down Highway 98, and Destin Commons is just a little further.
Sandestin is easy to walk, bike, or drive through. Sandestin Amenity Cards can be purchased if you would like access to the resort shuttle and beach pool, plus the ability to rent beach chairs, bicycles, or tennis court time. Or rent a golf cart for easy and hassle-free transportation around the resort.
