Located on the Golf course at the Myrtlewood Villas Resort. The condo has a well equipped, has a large TV/DVD, Stereo,CD player in family room as well as a TV in each bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. Whether you are relaxing on the couch, or hanging out on the back balcony overlooking the pool, lake and the golf course. This 3rd floor condo gives you a quite cozy environment but at the same time relaxing views of the golfers. Parking is right out front of the unit. The pool is right behind the unit equipped with plenty of chairs. The beach is just a mile from the condo. The airport is about 10 minutes away.
