North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental

Bright and airy newly decorated third floor condo is direct oceanfront. Quiet location with no one above you. The condo complex is next to Ocean Annie's outdoor bar and walking distance to the Apache Pier which offers public fishing. All Myrtle Beach activities are nearby including Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, the Dixie Stampede, golfing, restaurant row and shopping outlets; yet we are tucked away on quiet Shore Drive so you can relax as you enjoy the beach.

The condo has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen sofabed in the family room. The guest room has twin beds, one with a pull up trundle, and can sleep three. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, a window overlooking the ocean, its own bathroom and a door onto the balcony. The family room has a queen size sofa bed, flat screen 32' TV, sliding door onto the beachfront balcony as well as double windows overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the ocean views as you relax inside or outside on the balcony.

The complex offers a pool, refurbished BBQ area, and coin operated washers/dryers. We are next to the famous Ocean Annies and close to foodstores and the Straw Market.

Rental price includes departure cleaning.

The complex does not allow motorcycles or pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. The minimum age for renters is 25.
