This lovely, newly decorated cottage offers 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The master bedroom is fitted with a California king size bed, the second bedroom contains two queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. All four beds offer down comforters as opposed to bedspreads for extra comfort!
In addition, the sofa in the living room is quite possibly one of the largest, comfiest couches you've seen. It will comfortably sleep another guest, as well. This home also offers two televisions, a DVD and CD player, high-speed internet, and cable. A laptop may be available upon request.
I love dogs and would never want to leave mine at home...therefore, well behaved pets are always welcome! My home has all hardwood/tile floors thereby eliminating messy "pet mistakes."
You will find that the generously sized porches are a great place to relax and entertain! Of course, patio furniture is also provided. The home also offers 2 beach cruisers and several beach chairs for guests to use...just be kind enough to leave them at the house when you depart
Most importantly, as this is a new listing, the rates have been reduced for the first several months. Furthermore, snowbirds who prefer to take care of the home and do not require housekeeping service will be provided with an additional discount.
