This modern loft is located above unique shops in The Village of Baytowne Wharf.  The unit is finished out with hardwood floors, floor to ceiling stone bathrooms, flat screen TVs, and two balconies. With hardwood flooring throughout, this unit is friendly for dogs. The two balconies over look the main street by Marlin Grill and Tupelo Courtyard.  Sit on our balconies and enjoy live music and special events the village holds.

 There is a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler and separate ice maker. There are three full baths one with a jacuzzi tub. The master has a king, second bedroom a queen, and the third has two bunk beds. Amenities include two large lagoon pools, hot tubs, exercise facilities, tram service to the beach. Shopping is just steps away along with restaurants and nightlife.

Come experience this one of a kind unit in The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you can enjoy concerts, fireworks, and many more activities the village puts on from your very own private balcony.We offer discounts on activities and our restaurant in Baytowne!!
