Imagine a cozy, welcoming mountain cabin with a roaring fire, deep chairs and good friends. It's an atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home and says there is no rush, relax and be happy.
Heavily treed, it provides you the privacy you desire yet only 5 minutes from the town of Breckenridge and the ski slopes. Gather 'round the rock fireplace on the main floor living room or toast marshmallows over the open firepit out back. After a day snowshoeing, skiing or snowmobiling, take a soak in the private 6 person hot tub and look up for some amazing star gazing.
You are welcome to use the firewood as well as our three sets of snowshoes in which to hit the local trails.
Enjoy yourselves in the open main-floor plan--great for entertaining or spending some quality time together with family. A spacious, dramatic master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and skylight is conducive to lingering in the morning or reading at night. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two bunkbeds decorated in a 'Warren Miller' motif. All bathrooms have heated tiled flooring.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
A deposit is due upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Stays that are booked less than 1 month in advance will require payment in full at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival unless we can re-rent that timeframe; we will make every attempt to do so. A security deposit will be requested at check-in and will be returned if there is no damage, theft, or excessive cleaning needed to the home.
