This townhome features a screened porch, private garage, secluded private patio in the back yard with your own gas grill, washer/dryer; home is over 2500 square feet. Perfect for two couples with kids or for a tennis team on vacation.
The home is 200 yards from the beach, located in the Captiva sub-division inside the private (gate controlled access) Tops'l Resort. No need to lug all the beach gear; call the Concierge and ask for the Shuttle service. The shuttle takes guests to the beach and all around the resort. This Captiva unit is located near the private pool, inside a beautifully landscaped area complete; with walking trails, full gym, 50 tennis courts etc, with all the amenities of home.
