New 3700 sq ft timber frame beauty on a wooded 3 acre lot. This house is located 5 miles from breckenridge, also near Keystone, copper and A-basin ski resorts. Frisco & Dillon also close, so there are many shops & restaurants, summer festivals to choose from. the colorado hiking and mountain biking trail system is across the street. Breck public golf course is within a mile. the house has high ceilings with a loft, sunroom with views, plenty of decks with views, and is very private.
