Charming Lincoln City House

The reason we specifically chose this rental was because it advertised that it was very clean. They were indeed truthful! All the linens and towels had been freshly laundered and smelled wonderful (not musty, as some beach houses tend to be). The floors were clean, and even the very light tan couches (a brave color choice for a rental, if I do say so myself) were without spots.
The house was decorated in a homey, contemporary fashion, and it was large enough that there was enough room for our family of 5 plus a cousin who joined us. There were lots of board games available and three TVs throughout the house (we watched the Olympics in the evenings). The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you need to cook for the time you stay there.
As the crow flies, it isn't far from the beach, but we always drove to different areas of the coast, so I'm not sure how beach access is close to the rental. While we were there, we went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Tillamook Cheese Factory, tide pools, and some huge sand dunes.
Holly was great about answering any questions we had and was sure to give us good contact information in case we needed to get ahold of someone while we stayed at the rental.
