This is a family owned vacation paradise located in the best section of the beach on the Grand Strand. Brigadune is on Shore Drive and is a beautiful 17 floor high-rise which consists of 98 privately owned Condominiums and provides owners and rental guests with a relaxing environment. Owners and guest can take a walk on the beach, swim or sit around the pool or play tennis in the leisure setting. We are on the 9th floor....South side of building.
There is plenty to see and do while you are here, whether it's playing golf (over 100 golf courses), visiting Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventures, etc. Myrtle Beach has everything you would want to do. Brigadune is just steps away from "OCEAN ANNIE FAMOUS BEACH BAR" and the APACHE PIER.
This is a beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, large floor plan condo (2000 SQ FT), it is a corner unit, located on the 9th floor. There are sliding glass doors over looking the great Atlantic Ocean from the den and the master bedroom.
