RENT A 2 BEDROOM ON THE BEACH AT SANDESTIN FOR A ONE BEDROOM PRICE! I ALSO HAVE A ONE BEDROOM AT BEACHSIDE TWO AVAILABLE FOR DECEMBER FOR THE SAME PRICE. RENT EITHER OR BOTH, EACH FOR $175/NT OR $1200/WK. THE ONE BEDROOM IS ON THE 12TH FLOOR, SLEEPS 4. PHOTOS AVAILABLE.
This delightful and colorful Beachside Two condo is called a "TWEENER" in some rental programs. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, so we rent it for slightly higher than a one bedroom, but not as much as a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. It's a great advantage with families and children because no one has to sleep on the sofa! Put the kids to bed and enjoy the living room ambiance as late as you like. 2 couples who are very friendly could certainly share the bathroom and save some money. This unit is in high demand because of the lower price and because of its convenience to the pool, with direct access on your floor to the gulf.
Rated Elite, this unit has been newly renovated, with granite and stainless upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom, crown molding in every room. Painted a lively yellow, the condo is tiled throughout, and funky original artwork compliments the caribbean style of the furnishings. The condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor directly over the gorgeous heated pool with an awesome view of the gulf. There is a tiled lanai for enjoying those special sunrises and watching the gulf while the kids play in the pool. Easy walkout access to the pool deck and the gulf. The unit has a 37"flat screen HDTV in the living room.
There is covered parking on the ground floor, as well as open parking on the lobby floor. You can walk right next door to Finz restaurant and the Hilton Sandestin pool deck restaurant and bar, as well as the Serenity by the Sea Spa, and the market shops of Sandestin. Amenity card available for resort priviliges and discounts.
Enjoy a drink at the beach bar right in the sand next to the condo, and listen to the entertaining music on weekends from the condo lanai or go right next door to the Finz pool deck. There are 4 on site golf courses which now allow junior players to play at a sizable discount with their parents. Many on site restaurants on both the beach side and the bay side of the resort offer a huge variety of choices without ever having to leave the property!

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and / or
2. A mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
