In a gated community, this ocean view condo is conveniently located just minutes from any attraction that Myrtle Beach has to offer; whether it may be golfing, shopping, theatre, or fun & entertainment for adults and children. The resort has beautiful well landscaped grounds with so many amenities and 24 hour security.

The unit has recently been totally renovated with new carpet, ceramic tile, paint throughout, ceiling fans, upgraded bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. It also has TV's in both bedrooms. Free local calls and wireless internet.

Smoking is not permitted.
