There is a nice park within sight (1/4 block) and right across the street, a sidewalk with exercise billboard stations.
TWO new shopping malls and outlet malls, great live entertainment as well as many activities outdoors and water parks nearby. The beaches are clean and beautiful. Golf courses and tennis courts, waterparks and everything for a unforgettable vacation.

We will have a second condo: The DRAYTON HOUSE (Charleston Style 8 condo building) 4 buildings south of Ocean One available for rent by April 4, 2009 the address is 5501 S Ocean Blvd #302. The master bedroom and living room are both ocean front with balcony. Pets will be allowed at this condo with strict rules with lease:clean up after dog and no barking if owner leaves condo- must be crated then too. Vet verification that shots are current, no fleas and 20 pounds or under. Pictures avvailable by emailing me.
