This is a true Ocean Front condo on the 13th floor in sought after Beachside II, Sandestin Resort. Take the elevator down and walk right out to the beach. The condo was completely redone when we bought it in 2006, repairs and renovations took many months, so our first rentals were in late summer of 2007 with vrbo. Everything, including all furniture, stainless steel kitchen appliances, tile floor throughout, tvs, dvds, and vcrs, new washer and dryer, windows, doors, paint, trim, window treatments, etc. was new. We look straight out at the water and beach from our unit and it is a beautiful condo, professionally decorated, spectacular and shining! We furnish all the beach accessories, beach umbrella, chairs, mats, toys, beach towels, etc. We do not have an amenity card. We have a beautiful pool just for guests and owners in our building, as well as gated, secured beach access and a Fitness Room on the 2nd floor. We also have a wonderful covered parking garage and parking deck with gated street access. Off the living room,is a fabulous balcony with table and chairs overlooking the beach, great for breakfast, watching the gorgeous sunsets, or anytime you want some peace and privacy. We are also wifi. The master bedroom is quite spacious with tv, vcr, dvd, 2 comfortable chairs, king size bed, and great walk in closet with extra storage area, plus large dressing vanity area and separate bath. Hair dryers are also provided in both bathrooms. The guest bedroom has twin beds, also a tv,vcr, dvd, and a private bath. Enjoy beautiful views from the 2nd bedroom overlooking one of the many golf courses and the bay beyond, and you can see the fireworks from the balcony or inside the bedroom at dark over in BayTowne. Lots of glass windows and doors make it a very bright and beautiful unit. We love the panoramic ocean views from all the windows, and one of our greatest pleasures is seeing the sunset over the water - unforgettable!
As a guest in our unit, you have the use of our private Beachside II pool, adjacent to the private beach access with outside entry to bathrooms, and covered or deck parking. We are located next to the Hilton Hotel and Finz Restaurant where bands play every afternoon pool side.Their restaurant is right next to our building and the food is good. You can enjoy their music at our pool or out on our balcony. Sandestin is a premiere resort with every amenity imaginable! Lots of new, great restaurants, plus incredible shopping in all your favorite stores. The resort is over 2400 acres with beautiful landscaping. Your children will enjoy Jolee Island. Everyone loves the wonderful Baytowne Wharf with great shopping, award winning restaurants and free movies and concerts and fireworks at night, plus a new zip line for the young at heart. We furnish a parking pass that allows you to drive and park anywhere in the resort. Family oriented and championship golf courses are available at Sandestin and the surrounding area. Bicycles are available for rent. We have several miles of beautiful bike trails. Boating is available at the Marina with lots of opportunities for deep sea fishing, sailing, water skiing, either in the bay or Gulf. Of course, the beach is one of the most beautiful in the world with wide, white sand. There is something for every member of your family at SanDestin.
