This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, condominium is located on the eighteenth floor. It can be rented separately as 2 bedroom and one bedroom efficiency. This condominium offers magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean from both bedrooms, living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, his and her closets, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The living room has DVD/VCR, free unlimited high speed internet, and queen size sleeper. You have balcony access from both living room and master bedroom. The condominium has first class health and fitness center and tennis courts. Kingston Plantation has 12 pools, hot tubs and both fine and casual dining.

The condo can be lease as 3/3, 2/2 or 1/1 as of August 23, 2009 until next year. Rented weekly during the summertime (Saturday-Saturday). For weekly rentals, the rate includes midweek maid service. Other season requires a three days rental. We are accepting application for winter rental.
