We have wired and wireless game controllers. You can also bring your own games if you like.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This five star resort beach condominium is in the second Luau tower (which is closer to the beach), which is only a short walk to the beach. Luau is also the newest beach condominium in Sandestin. Our ground unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen, patio with easy access outside to a beautiful landscaped grassy lawn, barbecue grills, swimming pool and very short walk to your car with all that luggage.
It's also great and safe for small kids... No balcony heights to worry about falling over. Our unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom "lock off" unit which means that it has a larger one bedroom, one bathroom (with a king bed, kitchen, dining and living rooms) and a smaller studio one bedroom, one bath "hotel" room (with a smaller kitchen, king bed and full size sofa/bed).

Sandestin resort has a lot to offer other than its beautiful pristine beach. It is definitely a family oriented resort that offers 14 tennis courts, fresh and saltwater fishing, child activities/programs, KidZone, Kids Night Out, 10+ miles of safe paved area for jogging and bicycling, and four state-of-the-art golf courses (two resort and two championship).
There is also the Baytowne Marina that is located on the north (Bay side) of the resort where there are several boat slips. There is also a ferry boat that can provide you a short relaxing ride across the bay to the Market where you'll find a village with plenty of unique shopping, great food as well as live entertainment, bands and dancing.

So I am looking for a few long term renters for ONLY $6,000 for a total of 5 weeks (these weeks will include at least 1 week in each season) throughout the year.
