* Beautiful, palm-theme decor oceanfront condo on the third floor of SeaWatch Plantation's South Tower with a spacious, open floor plan with large picture windows & patio doors offering a fabulous vistas of the ocean and property!
* All rates include linens, departure cleaning and SC sales tax.
* June, July, and August rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
* NEW! FREE WIFI SERVICE AVAILABLE DIRECTLY IN THE UNIT, EFFECTIVE 6/15/08 (log-in & password provided by owner).
* All rentals require $300 refundable security deposit (per week) with contract. Full payment due two weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded 10-14 days after unit has been inventoried.
* Three-night minimum stay required.
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* No smoking.
* No pets.
* Property is privately owned and managed.
