Two story beach villa inside gated complex at the best location in Dorado del Mar - "Villas de Playa 1" and sharing the site with the Embassy Suites Hotel & Golf Course. The town center, shopping mall (w/movies), jogging-field, Ent.& golf courses at Hyatt, diversity of restaurants & fast-foods, etc. are all walking distance. Our residents, guests and villa surroundings are protected by private 24/7 security guard service. Private access to sandy beaches on both corners of the complex, very few steps from the villa.
Villa's configuration is effectively laid-out with kitchen, dining & living room, a full bathroom, roofed porch, and covered terrace in the first floor. A/C bedrooms with king bed and Cable TV in master, 3 twin beds in second large room and one twin bed in small but cozy third bedroom.
