Privately owned 3BR/3BA townhouse at beautiful location on Broken Lance drive, half a mile south of town. Breckenridge Free Shuttle Bus stop is 50 yards away, which provides easy access to town and the slopes without getting in your car. This is a three-level end unit on large lot in wooded area--lots of privacy. The upper level has two bedrooms, each w/ a queen bed. Lower level is bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds--perfect for kids. Sleeper sofa in livingroom. Main and upper level have a full bath, half bath on lower level. This townhome is perfect for families with separate VCR/DVD/TV on lower level for kid viewing. Newly renovated in Nov 2008, updated bunk room and lower level bathroom; wood stove and hard wood floors in livingroom. All done to create a warm, cozy atmosphere after a day on the slopes. Fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook in as much as you want...
