Our second floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, NON-SMOKING, ocean view unit located at the front of the 2 bedroom ocean view condo's comfortably sleeps four to six people and offers easy access to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer whilst you stay in a very residential part of the Golden mile.
At Beach Colony you can enjoy the two outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, spa, and a lazy river. The resort also has an indoor pool, spa, sauna, a small exercise room, and a racquetball court. There is also an on-site coffee lounge and pool bar, and, of course, a beautiful wide sandy beach that is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season.
The condominium provides a master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and TV. The master bedroom and living room open out onto the balcony which overlooks the lazy river, and from which you can see one of the pools, allowing you to enjoy the evening air on the balcony whilst watching your children in the lazy river below.
While standing on the balcony look to the left and see the Ocean view as in the photo's. The second bedroom contains two double-size beds and TV whilst the living room has a new sleep sofa, suitable for one or two small children.
We have installed wooden laminate floors and floor tiling throughout the unit to provide a clean look that is also comfortable underfoot.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and large comfy chair TV, DVD and video player, and we have also provided magazines, videos, and games for your enjoyment.
There is a dinning area to the side.
The kitchen has a full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave and there is also a washer and dryer unit in the unit.
Our convenient second floor location and position close to the stairs means no waiting for the elevators during busy times, and being a family-oriented location, the lazy river and pools close at 10:00 PM (spa at 11:00 PM) so you will not be disturbed by late night noise from other guests in the pools.The resort is located three miles north of central Myrtle Beach and offers easy access to everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
This is a family friendly resort in a more residential area of Myrtle Beach. There is on-site covered parking although oversize vehicles are restricted to the lower portion of the garage and space is limited.
Minimum rental is 3 nights.For rentals less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning fee of $45.

No pets are allowed. No Motorcycles allowed by the HOA. Minimum age to sign for rental 25yrs.
