Lakeshore Drive. 400 feet from the beach. Downstairs unit. Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Additional Complex is family oriented in a residential area with only 32 units. Unit has a front lanai off the living room and a patio off the master bedroom, poolside.

Boogie boards and skim boards provided. Unit fully furnished.

Monthly rates available upon request. Deposit required within a week of reservation and applied toward total fee. Remaining fee due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Tax included. Cleaning fee included with weekly rental. Cash and check accepted. Check-in 3 p.m. and check-out 10 a.m.
