Condominium features a large, wrap-around, private, oceanfront balcony with access to the master bedroom and living room. The living room has a 50-inch TV. Plus, there is a smaller balcony off of one of the bedrooms. There is an oceanfront water recreation area featuring indoor and outdoor pools, spas, lazy river and kiddie pool, convenient access to the beach, lavish landscaping showcasing reflecting pools with fountains and walkways and a state-of-the-art exercise facility. The entire family can enjoy the oceanfront public playground and walking/exercise trail located only steps away.

This condominium is ideal for family holidays. The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bath with a whirlpool tub, huge separate shower, double sink as well as a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom features two queen-sized beds and a private bath. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and share a bathroom just outside their doors. There is plenty of closet and storage space and a large laundry room. Each bedroom has its own cable-connected television.
The cooks in the family will love the fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an extra large refrigerator. There are granite counter tops in the bathrooms and the kitchen and ceramic tile in the kitchen and dining areas. Separated by stately columns, the dining area boasts an eight-person table. The comfortable living room leads to the oceanfront balcony where you can relax and enjoy a steady breeze. There is also a twin-sized sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space.
