This unique single story 2700 square foot home offers 5 bedrooms (2 masters), cable TV in 4 out of 5 bedrooms and a 46' Flat Panel TV in family room and FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, 3 bathrooms, fenced-in pool, whirlpool spa bathtub, 3 car garage, lavish landscape including palm trees and fruit trees, a granite kitchen counter top and a mix of both tile and carpet throughout.

The over-sized master bedroom offers a King Size Bed, a huge bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi bath tub, double sinks, separate shower stall w/bench, toilet in its own room with a door and a very large walk-in closet. There is even a daybed in the master bedroom with a pop-up trundle to accommodate another 2 people. The second master bedroom offers a Queen Size Bed, its own bathroom and an over-sized closet. The Third and Fourth bedroom offer a Full Size Bed and the Fifth bedroom has two Twin Size Beds.

Enjoy a barbecue on the natural gas grill, under the covered porch (20' x 10') which is equipped with patio furniture and cooking utensils, followed by a swim in your own private pool (fenced-in, kid safe). This gorgeous corner lot is very secluded from the neighbors and offers a large lawn with exquisite landscape and fruit trees (seasonal). There is No Smoking allowed inside the home, but the covered porch lends itself to an after dinner beverage and smoke (cigar or cigarette). Pets are discretionary - call for approval.

The kitchen is fully-equipped just like yours at home. There is a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, 25 cubic foot refrigerator, dishwasher, reverse-osmosis drinking water system, double stainless steel sink with garbage disposal, all utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and a beautiful granite counter top. There is also a water softener and alarm system throughout the house.

This dream home is located in the Northwest part of Las Vegas. It is just one mile from the 95 Freeway which will take you to the Famous Las Vegas Strip and McCarren Airport in just 10-15 minutes, Mount Charleston and Lee Canyon (ski resort) in just 20 minutes, Red Rock Canyon (hiking, rock climbing) in just 20 minutes, and the Hoover Dam in 40 minutes.

Comfortable, roomy, inexpesive rental

I stayed here with 11 other friends for my 50th birthday party, and I couldn't be happier. It's in a nice neighborhood in north Las Vegas, close enough to the action but away from the stress. Swimming in the pool, playing ping-pong, and relaxing were popular activities. I'd definitely stay here again.

the PERFECT place

this house was well equipped - had everything listed and everything was in good working order
-had lots of room - we housed both sides of the family for our son's wedding
-had lots of sleeping space as well as lounging space - we never felt crowded and we had a crowd!
-having three full bathrooms was a huge plus
-the pool table and pool were a hit as well!

Plenty of space and warm pool!

We stayed here with 2 other families (13 people) and could have easily fit a few more! The house was clean and the layout was perfect for the three families. Kids loved the pool and it did stay WARM! So much better to stay in a house with the family than a hotel. Grocery stores were close by. Neighborhood felt safe - even went jogging a couple days while there. Took 10-15 to get to strip area/outlets. Checking in and out was easy and simple. Adam was great to work with in scheduling!

Comfortable, Clean, Centrally Located

We spent a week at this lovely home and felt very much at home. The accommodations are excellent and we especially appreciated being able to have our two small dogs with us. They loved the doggie door, yard, and porch. The Strip is a short drive from the house, and we found it very easy to get around town. We visited Hoover Dam and spent a day at Lake Mead. We also highly recommend Beatles "Cirque de Soleil." An amazing performance.

It was nice to be able to come back to the house and have lots of room for the bunch of us. We have two teenage daughters who loved having televisions in their rooms - a treat they do not have at home! The pool was used every day and much enjoyed.

Overall I would recommend this rental for families with children of all ages, and for pet lovers who can't imagine going on vacation without taking them with you! Adam is the right balance of present when we needed him to answer simple questions, and absent the rest of the time!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Well designed and very very clean. Grounds were emaculate and well taken care of. Temperature of house was delightful and comfortable. The layout of the house is very unique and rooms were large and very well furnished. #10 would be our answer to our stay at this house 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest rating. Owners were very accommodating to any of our questions.
