This is a quiet, small complex with just six units, lovely sunsets, and a boat dock with access to the gulf. The dolphins and manatees are a common sight and are very friendly. The Lagoon and bay are great for kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. The calm waters make it great for beginners to learn fast.
The shells at Turtle Beach just across the small Lagoon are spectacular and a great windsurfing beach just a few steps away. Turtle Beach, which is only a 5 minute walk from Cozy Cove, has a boat launch for the Lagoon/Bay. Crescent Beach, with it's soft white sand is also a bike ride away or a short car ride. The Key has beautiful water view restaurants and bars within walking or biking distance. Biking is excellent, all of the roads have bike lanes and we are at the end of Midnight Pass Road, with very little traffic.
This 2 story townhouse has been recently renovated and modernized. You can take a virtual tour of the condo at the web address listed below. We have a double balcony with great views of the lagoon, the pool and the Gulf. The living space is an open floor plan with a brand new 46' flatscreen HD/TV with BlueRay DVD and HBO. We also have WIFI. There is a wood fireplace and a sleeper sofa with an aero bed built into it. The master Bedroom is large, with a Simmons Restoration king-size bed, large closet, vanity, flat screen TV, with its own private bath and a balcony great for morning coffee or watching sunsets. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with a view of the Lagoon, also a large closet. The full kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and everything you need. We have beach chairs/umbrellas for your use. The beach is a 5 minute walk from our condo. You can fish from our docks or watch for manatees. There is Parking for two cars, one of which is covered. The average winter temperature is 70 degrees and always a soft breeze. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or the beach!!!
You can rent a boat or kayaks at the marina which is within walking distance and really get to remote beaches. You can enjoy close up views of manatees and dolphins, with plenty of birds to see. Pink Spoonbills, grey Herons, Pelicans, Ospreys.
We hope you enjoy Turtle Beach as much as we do.

We live in Philadelphia and have vacationed in Siesta Key for the last fifteen years and we always wanted to buy a property there and so the time came when it became possible. Now that we have it, We intend to share it with as many others as we can so that they can enjoy the beautiful town of Siesta Key.
Karen purchased this condo in 2009
The views, the sunsets, the people, the lush environment, the water, the water sports, the pool, the sand, the list goes on. We are quiet there and not rushed.
The condo itself is all brand new inside. All new appliances, new furniture, it's bright, it's comfy. It's easy living. Along with that you have the views, the walks, the sand, the shells and the beaches, the pool, and direct access to the water for fishing, boating, kayaking. It's all very convenient.
Second year staying in this complex. Very clean and comfortable. Three restaurants and the beach are all within a five minute walk. With Spring Break in full swing, the area is quiet and peaceful. Karen is very nice to work with and was helpful a year ago in finding lodging for myself. I hope to return.
We loved all of our stay in this condo! From the moment we entered we knew we hit it right! The condo is so beautifully decorated and furnished! We loved the pool, and being on the quiet end of the island. We loved loved it and will be back! I would recommend this condo to anyone!
My husband and I stayed at Cozy Cove for our honeymoon and it was just perfect for us. The south end location on the lagoon was so peaceful and relaxing. We brought our own jetski since we had the private dock access but, ended up parking the jetski and spending everyday on the provided kayaks. We found a perfect little private beach just around Neville Island that was an easy kayak ride from the apartment. We kayaked to this spot everyday and saw the same locals a few times and they remembered us and made us feel right at home. Exploring around the lagoon and the little islands was beautiful! We could see all the schools of fish and the birds let us get super close and take pictures. We did venture up to Siesta Village a couple nights for dinner and to walk around. It is just a short 5 minute drive and we enjoyed the beach bar atmosphere of the restaurants. We ate at Gilligan's twice, the food was great and the staff were all super friendly. There is a couple restaurants and a pub within walking distance. We ate at Turtles Restaurant on Little Sarasota Bay which is about a block away. I definitely recommend going there! You can sit out on the bay with a beautiful view and the food was incredible. Try the crab stuffed shrimp! All in all this was a great place to stay and we are already planning our trip for next year to come back with the whole family. Cozy Cove will be our place to stay every time we come back for sure.
We just returned from a week long stay at Cozy Cove. Overall we had a very nice stay. As the other reviewers have noted, the proximity to Turtle Beach is great. We walked there everyday and it's only a 5 minute walk. The unit is located on the "quiet side" of Siesta Key which was fine for us, but for those seeking an exciting nightlife, you'll need to drive to the other side of the island. The unit was clean and well appointed. It's obvious that the unit has had some upgrades, but shows some signs of being dated. The actual Cozy Cove complex does show signs of being dated. The one downfall of this unit is that the views from the balconies are pretty limited, and you mostly look down on a parking lot. The unit is situated essentially above the pool's pump house, so there is a constant filtering sound outside. Having access to the two kayaks was great and there are also beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach toys available in the storage closet. For the price, this unit was fine and we'd have no problem recommending Cozy Cove, but we'd look to be directly on the water for our next stay in the area.
This was our 3rd trip to Siesta Key, first time staying in the key itself. Cozy cove condo was amazing, the condo was exactly as the pics showed and very clean. Dana was great to deal with and the price was great and it had everything you could need or want during your stay. She even had beach chairs and wine glasses. This condo is on the south end of the island and only a few minutes walk to turtle beach where the sunsets are amazing. We love all the places to eat and shops on the key. We will definitely be staying here again.
Accurate listing of details and photo. Property was clean and maintained. Owner helpful. Would recommend this property to others. Nice to stay on the south end of the Island, quiet and close to 3 restaurants and Turtle Beach. Kayaks are a bonus for those that want to use them.
