The 10th-floor location is prime and a dedicated, covered parking space is included. Relax on the large balcony overlooking two pools and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our home away from home was professionally decorated and has all that you need to enjoy the comforts of home at the beach.
Wireless high-speed internet is available. Bring your laptop and catch up on email while you enjoy the view of the Gulf and the sound of the waves.
The master bedroom has a large four-poster king with TV/DVD in the matching armoire. The master bath has a custom Italian tile shower with 12x12s on the wall and tumblestone on floor, new cabinets, double vanity with granite countertop, large jacuzzi tub, and separate water closet.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a matching queen, twin and chest from Lexington's Seaside collection. The hall bath has new cabinets with granite countertop in dressing area. A washer and dryer is located behind louvered doors in the hall. One of the few covered parking spaces near the elevator is included with our unit.
The Tops'l Resort is one of the top 50 tennis resorts in America. An upscale fitness center with beautiful, fully-appointed locker rooms is located at the Tops'l Club. One of Destin's favorite restaurants for dining and entertainment, The Ocean Club, is located at the entrance.
Children's programs are offered each day during the season. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest in the US, is less than five minutes away.
You will be three minutes from Sandestin's popular Baytowne Wharf where shopping, fine and casual dining, and entertainment await. Concerts on Wednesday and family movies on Thursday are popular family outings on the lawn at the Wharf.
Grand Sandestin Boulevard is just across the street where you will find Brooks Brothers, Victoria Secrets, Orvis, art, ice-cream and candy, along with Flemings, Tommy Bahama, Cantina Laredo, P.F. Chang's, Johnny Rocket's, Moes, and Mitchell's Seafood.
