This is a one bedroom, one bath condo in Truman Annex, Key West's best neighborhood. You will be just steps away from Duval St. shopping and nightlife as well as the beautiful Fort Zacahary Taylor State Park and beach. President Harry S. Truman's "Little White House" is located just around the corner and open for tours.

The unit is on the second floor of a townhouse-style building and has an oversized private deck with barbecue grill and outdoor seating. Perfect for a couple, there is one bedroom, larger than those in two bedroom Shipyard units, which sleeps two.

There is a comfortable couch in the living room which sleeps one. There is one bathroom with travertine tile. There is a 36 inch Sony WEGA flatscreen TV with DVD/CD player. Plenty of closet space. On-site security, assigned parking space, and pool facility.

Cats and small dogs welcome.
