Waterfront bay side home with magnificent water views of Massachusetts Bay. This peaceful retreat sits on a bluff with steps leading to a boating beach with adjacent boat landing.

Large master suite with adjacent dressing area and private bath upper level.The kitchen, dining room, living room and master suite are on the upper level and on the lower level are an additional two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with double bed, plus a den, all with views of the bay. The deck is located on the upper level adjacent to the dining area, equipped with a barbecue grill, lounge chairs and a table seating for dining. There are additions trundle beds for guests.

Convenient to bay and ocean beaches and kettle ponds, Audubon Center, Cape Cod Rail Trail, biking, golf, town center, art galleries, and live summer theater. Provincetown is a short 20 minute drive and offers an array of boutiques, art galleries, fine dining, deep sea fishing, whale watching, ferry to Boston and airpor



Additional amenities: Two TV’s, bikes, ocean kayak, beach chairs.
