Located in the Beachwalk community of the Sandetin Golf and Beach Resort, this Beachwalk Villa is only steps from the pool and short walk to the beach. The western exposure and full lake view offers beautiful mornings on the patio with coffee and beautiful sunsets. Being on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort gives easy access to the beach and a short walk to the Sandestin Market Place.
This 1350 square foot professionally decorated townhouse has 2 bedrooms and two baths upstairs, dining room, Kitchen, living room and half bath downstairs. Both full baths upstairs were recently redone using cultured marble for the tub,shower and counter tops and new tile floors and new lighting. The downstairs had a new ceramic tile floor throughout the entire first level and complete paint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The livingroom has a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat occasional chairs and entertainment center with TV, VCR and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest room has two twin beds.
Located on the beach side of the Sandestin Resort gives easy access to the beach without having to cross HWY 98. The resort has four eighteen hole championship golf courses and there are several other courses close by. The lake on which this Villa sets, has plenty of fish. The policy is catch and release. Destin has perhaps the best deep sea fishing anywhere on the Florida Gulf coast. A large fleet of charter boats and party fishing boats are located in Destin which is about 8 miles West. The Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall is approx. 1 mile West. New shopping and resturants to the east 1 mile.
