All of Sandestin has gotten competitive, and since I don't read minds, let me know your budget and what you want to pay per night. This is a great location -- right in the Village of Baytowne Wharf with restaurants, shops, and entertainment. You'll enjoy this studio -- REALLY!
This studio condo is in the beautiful Grand Sandestin building located in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The 4th floor location gives you a wonderful view of the Bay, and the balcony is a great place for that morning coffee. It has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and nicely decorated living area with TV. You even have a washer & dryer if you need it.
IT IS A GREAT CONDO IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A CONFERENCE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER. The Grand Sandestin building is attached to the conference center, and this condo offers you a beautiful setting at a substantially discounted price over the Sandestin rentals. Enjoy your conference and save money!!
ENTERTAINMENT IN THE CONDO includes cable TV with a DVD. The pool is beautiful and at your disposal.
THE VILLAGE OF BAYTOWNE WHARF boasts 20 different restaurants with cuisine from fine dining to more casual places for pizza, breakfast, or hot dogs. There are 24 unique shops to explore and spend the day finding unexpected keepsakes. The Village has live music and a series of events, concerts and entertainment year-round.
To reserve the unit, please e-mail us. The prices quoted are for 2009. To the rent, please add one-time $65 cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida tax. We also require a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable if there is no damage to the unit. Three night minimum required. NOTE: Regarding inquiries, E-mails are answered first.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
