Beachside Two at Sandestin Resort is a true Gulf-front building, and this STUDIO condominium is located on the fifth-floor. It has beautiful views of the Gulf, the golf course, and the resort all the way to the Cocohatchee Bay.
It is an end unit that has been remodeled with beautiful and comfortable furnishings - Perfect for your beach get-a-way. It is located in a quiet, more private area of BS2 building with a large balcony to enjoy the sunsets or your morning coffee.
Beachside Two condo is unique in that one end of the condo Living Room & balcony look directly onto the Gulf of Mexico (and get the sunsets)... as well as there is a very large bay window (on ther opposite end of the condo) with a bay window seat that overlooks the golf course, to the Cocohatchee Bay. It is one gorgeous view !
There is also a sitting area complete with a sleeper sofa, chair and ottoman. The chair is perfect for catching up on your reading or just some basic "R & R."
The living room entertainment center has a stereo, DVD & VCR. A complete kitchen equipped with everything you would need. New Solid Surface Counter top - new appliances. Also you have your own washer and drayer in this condo.
