This five bedroom, four bath property is the perfect location for a family vacation. Quiet south end of Sea Isle City awesome views and space for a single large family or two families can help you create memories of a lifetime. The 1st floor has a master suite with a king bed and private bath, 40' flat screen TV and full length private deck on the ocean. There are two more bedrooms one with 2 single beds and a wall mounted Flat screen TV/DVD, the other has a bunk with a single on top and double on the bottom that converts to a Futon seat with a Flat Screen TV/DVD which is ideal for children’s gaming. The 2nd floor has a large living room with a deck and unobstructed ocean views, 46' HD TV and DVD a spacious dining area, a full bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom with a TV and private bay view deck. The top floor has a master suite with a queen bed, 42' flat screen TV, sitting area, bay view deck and full bath. High speed wireless internet access plus covered parking for 2 cars, (or watercraft) a storage area for your beach equipment plus off street parking for an additional 4 to 6 cars.

Sea Isle Beach

This property is at the 68th / 69th street protected beach. Lifeguards are stationed at 69th street for swimming. The jetty between 67th and 68th street is an area open to surf fishing. Boogey boards are permitted on the protected beach between 65th and 66th street.

The house is equipped with 2 zones of air conditioning which allows the top two floors, which have cathedral ceilings to be controlled independently from the first floor. This provides exceptional comfort for the entire house. The house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

This property is situated on an over sized lot which provides more off street parking that most properties. The garage is 2 vehicles deep which allows for multiple cars or a car and watercraft to be parked in a protected environment (6 foot overhead clearance only). The concrete paved driveway accommodates another 4 to 6 vehicles.

Our family had a great experience during our mid September rental. Property was very clean, well furnished and excellent for children. Oceanviews from two floors. Direct access to beach path was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood away from the busy boardwalk. Watched whales from the deck. Overall great property for the price.
