Sandestin Vacation Rental

Our Harbour Point Condominium is located in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort on Florida's Emerald Coast. Sandestin is a 2400 acre resort community with gated entry and is an Intrawest property. Some of the best golf courses, finest restaurants and tremendous fishing are located in the Destin/Sandestin area. The sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast are truly some of the best in the world. The area provides lots of activities for adults and children of all ages. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is one of the best and largest in the country.

Harbour Point is located on the bayside of Sandestin with a gorgeous view of the Choctowhatchee Bay and the Sandestin Marina. The brand new Baytowne Wharf area is just across the bay from Harbour Point offering great dining and shopping within Sandestin. Our unit is on the 5th hole of the Links Golf Course with the bay just beyond the fairway. We have an upstairs end unit in the two story building with a large patio on the back- perfect for relaxing evenings since it faces the east(out of the sun). The den and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sofa in the den is a sleeper sofa.

We have recently replaced the sofa,loveseat and dining room furniture. Also all of the appliances have been replaced including Bosch washer and dryer units. New carpet and tile have been installed and the unit has been repainted with fresh new colors.

Also this unit is a non-smoking unit and we are no longer allowed to have pets at Harbour Point as per the condo documents. Sorry.

Harbour Point has its own private pool with a large deck for sun bathing. New pool furniture makes the pool even more inviting. The pool is located at the end of the building adjacent to our building. With the amenities we offer, we have opted not to provide the Sandestin amenity card. This also allows us to keep our prices at a much better rate.

Our Harbour Point Condominium is close to the beaches, golf and other attractions of the area but since we are on a small peninsula within Sandestin we have the opportunity for a peaceful, relaxing vacation that you will always remember.
