This is a very beautiful stone house with a sea view and a view of the Islands Cres, Unije and Mali Losinj. Our house is located in the new part of the town close to the sea. Enjoy your vacation far away from roads and tourism with a direct road to the sea.

Liznjan is at the southern tip of Croatia, close to Pula. The charming farmer and fisher town is located directly on the Adriatic coast. The village has got 3 shops, a butcher's shop and you can find always fresh vegetables. You can also find 3 restaurants.

-Die Lage, sowie die Ausstattung entsprechen dem Inserat
-Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und gepflegt,
-die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfbereit, sprechen sehr gut englisch.
-Naturstrand ca. 20min. zu Fuss zu erreichen, mit dem Auto ca. 3min.
-gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Medulin/Pula
-Appartement hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erfolgreichen Tag am Meer oder nach einem Ausflug
-Auch für Studenten sehr gut geeignet
-Felsstrand ist schön ausgebaut --> erleichterter Einstieg ins Wasser

Lage und Ausstattung wie im Online- Inserat korrekt, sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfbereit, sprechen sehr gut englisch und wenig deutsch.
Naturstrand gute 30 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten in Medulin (ca. 6 km). Im Ort 2 kleinere Gaststätten mit gutem Speiseangebot vorhanden.
Für Familien mit Kindern unter 10 Jahren nicht besonders geeignet, da lange Anfahrtswege zum Badestrand und keine Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück. Sehr, sehr ruhige Lage des Grundstückes.
