A sunlight drenched 3 story open foyer welcomes you to our home. The huge sunken living room has 16' exposed beam ceilings and a floor to ceiling fireplace mantle.
A new deluxe kitchen with cathedral celings and expansive views of the tall pines will thrill the gourmet in your group. This area has maple cabinetry, european appliances, a travertine stone floor and granite countertops. A new family room provides additional space for large groups. The new game room has foosball and a pinball machine for kids of all ages(including adults)!!
Play all day then relax under the stars in our brand new eight-person outdoor hot tub.
Our spacious, 3850 square foot home epitomizes the Breckenridge spirit. This five bedroom, four and a half bath home features three master bedroom suites and sleeps 12 comfortably.The home has all new leather living room furniture and a new dining room set that seats 12! The kitchen is fully stocked with matching dishes and tableware for 16.
Summer activities abound with golf, mountain and road biking, hiking, fly fishing, sailing, hot springs, horseback riding, panning for gold and hot air ballooning. Our guests can access mountian bike trails right off the back deck while the children enjoy exploring the forest out back. There is an on site sledding hill with plenty of snow toys...watch the kids excitedly sled outside while enjoying some quiet adult time inside. No need to drive to the sledding hills. We also have a foosball table for all ages!
Breckenridge’s diverse restaurants will tempt your taste buds. Our quaint, cozy boutiques invite you to browse for those special momentos. The world-class health and fitness club is a must see! Most of our large groups have at least one person who chooses not to ski; many have taken advantage of the luxurious day spa that is within walking distance of the home.
This is the perfect home for family reunions with plenty to do for everyone! Our home is three blocks from the bus route, and just one mile from Town.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATIOIN:
* Rooms are furnished with: one King bed, two queens, one full, and 6 singles (bunks).
* There is a charge for exceeding the bed capacity of $30/night/person.
*There is a $1000 security deposit that is refunded within 5 working days pending cleaning and inspection.
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
* Stays of less than 4 nights are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
