Enjoy the privacy of a luxuriously furnished home. The Casey House is adjacent to the Lodge and Spa at Breckenridge, and the house is managed by Paragon Lodging. The home was specifically designed for corporate retreats, small meetings, weddings, large family gatherings, and more. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking, please.
The home has majestic million dollar views from most rooms. It has five large beautifully furnished bedrooms, most with views, and each with its own bathroom and TV. The eclectic decor, with family antiques, spans over one hundred fifty years. The Great Room, with a 30 foot ceiling, has its own fireplace and TV, and the dining room was designed as a conference center to seat twelve.
The state-of-the-art home theater entertainment system includes a 46" large screen HDTV (high dfinition), DVD, surround sound (in many rooms), and wireless high speed broadband computer connectivity in all rooms. The Casey family has historic family connections to the early pioneering days of Colorado, the Midwest, and the Southwest. The Casey House is recognized as a one-of-a-kind lodging environment for the discriminating vacationer who demands the highest quality.
The 4200 square feet of space have been designed to offer guests the perfect mountain retreat. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bath and TV. The full size deck, with a hot tub and a barbecue, overlooks the ski areas and the mountain passes, and it has views of the Ten Mile Range. The state-of-the-art kitchen (with two dishwashers, microwave and convection ovens, Subzero and Themador appliances) has its own fireplace and can seat 10.
The extra large master bedroom has a trundle bed area ovelooking the Hoosier Pass, and a fireplace. It has a large bathroom with jetted tub and a double shower. There is a second large master suite and three other large bedrooms (one child oriented with bunk beds). The home has a two car garage. Use of the conveniently located Lodge and Spa athletic facilities and restaurant next door may be arranged by Paragon.
Paragon may also arrange full-service catering from some of the top restaurants in town and they can get advanced tee times at the Jack Niklaus designd public golf course (4 miles north). The Casey House is perched on the Overlook bluff. It is not far from downtown and the ski slopes (up Boreas Pass Road) and it is a special lodging experience.
