This spacious 800 square foot 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps six and features a patio that is poolside and offers spectacular ski slope views. Next door you’ll find the fitness facilities and steam room. It’s ideally located in River Run Village so you’re steps away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for storage of vacation gear. The living room has a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living room is a Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closet. The patio is just off of the living room and offers stunning ski slope views as well as access to the community pool and grill area. Relax on your private patio while family and friends enjoy swimming or grilling.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats five. The first of two bathrooms is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and windows across two walls offering views of the community pool and ski slopes. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.

WATCH OUT FOR GIMMICKS: Don’t be fooled when someone offers discounted lift tickets. Discounts on lift tickets are all the same as long as you do not buy at the ticket window. Buy your discounted lift tickets from the kiosk at the grocery store or online. Kids Ski Free is another gimmick designed to make guests believe they’re getting a deal when in reality they’re paying higher nightly rates and an “amenities fee.” When you do the math on total cost of stay it turns out it’s not a deal at all.

My unit is located in one of the premier buildings in the Keystone River Run area. Everything is pretty high end, but not so much that normal people won't feel comfortable.
We have stayed at many units at Red Hawk and by far this is one of the better units! Roomy! Great location!
The condo was nice and right by the heated pool with two hot tubs and a fire pit. We thought that may be a problem with noise but they promptly close the pool, tubs and patio at 10pm so perfectly quiet to sleep. The walk to the lift was a bit troublesome until we figured out the logistics. The ski lockers are not conveniently located in the condo for walkers but very convenient if you are driving to other ski areas. There is only one elevator to the garage for this unit and no stair availability to the garage so the elevator wait times are LONG! The view was really nice as well. We had a maintenance issue with one of the beds and the maintenance staff arrived same day to fix the problem. Condo could use updating as the stove/oven are from the 90s and the master bedroom TV isn't hooked to the cable so watching anything while lying in bed is almost impossible. Also the master gets very cool at night if you don't leave the door to the living room open. Overall good experience and we will consider again for our family of 5.
Had a great stay for 5 nights in the condo. Perfect location right next to the Gondola and just steps out your door to the gym and hot tubs. Worked perfect for our group with the sofa bed and murphy bed. Management company is easy to work with and no problems our whole trip. Kitchen was stocked well and condo is in great shape. Might consider TV upgrade but otherwise perfect. Thanks again!
