The 1,400 sq. ft. condo is a 2 bedroom plus loft with spectacular views of ski slopes and mountain range from the third floor wrap-around deck. Short walking distance to Peak 9 Quicksilver lift and to Main Street, it is located in a quiet treed section at the south end of town at the base of the mountain and close to Maggy Pond.

The clean, spacious condo has an upgraded and fully functional kitchen. The dining table seats 6 people. The condo can accommodate a large group or family. The large living room with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fans has new comfortable furnishings and TV/VCR/DVD/CD and stereo. Each room has its own thermostatically controlled heat for your individual comfort. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with vanity area and TV/DVD/VCR, as well as access to a rear balcony. The loft can sleep up to 4 people as a 3rd semi-private bedroom. The wrap-around balcony deck has table and chairs for lounging in the western sun and enjoying the mountain views. Individual Parking garage is directly below the condo. WiFi Internet accessibilty. Laundry room and ski lockers available on ground floor.

The clubhouse, which is located close to the condo, has 4 hot tubs (2 indoor/2 outdoor), and a heated swimming pool.
