Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental

This two bedroom condo is truly a step above, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at Magnolia Place in tucked away Myrtlewood Golf Resort. This is a spacious, third floor end unit which seems larger and brighter due to vaulted ceilings and windows on the end wall. Up in the pines, overlooking the long par four, 8th hole, this is one of the most beautiful golf course views at Myrtlewood. Being on the top floor is quieter and encourages a peaceful night's sleep. The entrance and living room were recently re-floored in bamboo hardwood. The dining area includes a large glass top dining room table and 6 chairs which rest atop an imported oriental rug. The living area has a huge 60” big screen TV, surround sound stereo, and a DVD player. High quality, comfortable furniture includes a love seat, couch, end tables, and a leather wingback chair & ottoman. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized Beautyrest mattress, TV, DVD player, a fold out high end treadmill, dressers, and nightstands. It has a private bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 raised, comfortable, twin beds, a nightstand, and dresser. The bedroom has its own access to the guest bathroom which has a shower with a glass door. The bedroom also contains a TV, desktop computer, printer, high speed internet, and a wireless router which enables WIFI throughout the condo, should you decide to bring a laptop. There is a blow up mattress in the closet that can be used for guests, in addition to the couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. There is also a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your use. The outdoor patio is equipped with a hanging swing and raised pub table with swivel bar stools for relaxing and soaking in the views or watching the clouds and golfers pass by. Just steps from the front of the condo, there is a pool amenity area with bathrooms, outdoor showers, outdoor grills, and two tables with umbrellas and chairs to enjoy a cookout by the pool.

The condo is located only a mile from several public beach access points with ample parking. The famous “Broadway at the Beach” is about half a mile away, a short drive or cab ride. This is the home of Ripley’s Aquarium, Margaritaville, and 350 acres of other dining, shopping, theatres, miniature golf, amusement rides, fireworks, and countless other attractions. This condo is located just minutes from Myrtlewave Water Park, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Park, Cal Ripkin Baseball Complex, Coastal Grand Mall and the new Market Common development.

You must be 25 years of age to reserve and rent this condo. Pets and/or smoking are not permitted. A $200 security deposit is required to secure reservations. The $200 security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks after your departure, providing the condo is left in good shape. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days prior to arrival date, the security deposit will be refunded, less $50.00. Rates do not include the 12% sales accommodations tax. Rates do not include a $50 one time cleaning fee.
