Our "Topsail at the Beach" was newly built in 2009 and offers INCREDIBLE beachfront views! We own the oceanfront lot directly in front of us, ensuring that your views of the ocean are UNOBSTRUCTED and an easy access to the beach is provided by our private walkway. "Topsail at the Beach" features 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 gorgeous full baths, a dream kitchen, and beautiful living and dining areas with amazing oceanfront views! The spacious master suite takes up HALF of the first floor, and connects to the oceanfront, lower deck. Enjoy the ocean from your king-sized bed, or watch your flat screen TV, mounted above the gas fireplace. Two master closets provide plenty of room for storage and lead the way to the gorgeous master bathroom. A spacious separate shower alcove offers dual shower heads, while a jetted whirlpool bath can be enjoyed by candlelight. TWO marble vanities, a separate water closet and extensive tile and woodwork provide the beauty, room and privacy you would expect in a luxury accomodation.

A hallway separates the master suite from the other wing of the first floor. A front loading washer and dryer, as well as a children's alcove for drawing and games is found in the hallway. A "games library" is also stocked with many board and card games for entire family enjoyment!

The 2nd bedroom on this level has an oceanfront deck and provides stunning ocean views! A queen-sized bed and flat screen TV provide a wonderful retreat after a full day on the beach. This bedroom shares a beautiful Jack and Jill full bathroom, with double vanity that is separate from the water closet/shower/bath area. The tile and woodwork in the bathroom is remarkable! Connecting to the bathroom on the other side is the "bunk room", with two sets of bunks (four twin beds) and a TV for the kids. This arrangement provides a perfect connection to the kids, but with ample separation for everyone's privacy.

Another bedroom is located on the main level, providing views of the Sound, and featuring a luxurious king bed with flat screen TV. The remaining bath (across from bedroom) continues the theme of incredible craftmanship with the same quality of tile, woodwork and gorgeous fixtures as found throughout the rest of the home. This bedroom is a perfect place for grandparents to call "home" while vacationing with their grown children and grandchildren.

With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and upgraded cabinetry, you will find the kitchen hard to leave! All of the dishes and cooking utensils necessary for preparing that perfect meal is provided for you. NO detail has been left out in this dream kitchen!

The dining area, which connects to the kitchen, offers SPECTACULAR ocean views! Step onto the deck to enjoy a cup of coffee in the still of the morning. The sound of the waves lapping the sand, the stars fading as the sun begins to rise....it is just one of the most beautiful moments you will have while you are here! We look forward to our mornings, where we are greeted by a glorious sunrise. It is wonderful to watch the fishing boats go out, with a multitude of birds following close behind. And, if you really watch, you will notice that the dolphins aren't far behind them!

The upstairs deck is also a terrific place to star-gaze (we saw two shooting stars in one night!). Be sure to enjoy the cool of the evening from the warmth of the hot-tub... a bedtime ritual you will hate to leave behind with vacation!

The living room has two sofas (1 with queen sleeper) and a recliner. A 42" flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player is flanked by built-in bookcases that house a childrens' movie library. A gas fireplace completes the comfort of this room. Stunning views of the ocean can be seen from every angle in the kitchen/ dining/ living area of our home.


The custom woodwork throughout the house includes tongue-n-groove wood ceilings in every room. Custom wood beams on the main level enhance the uniqueness of this wonderful home. All flooring throughout is solid oak and tile. Ceiling fans are enjoyed in each bedroom and living room. The craftsmanship in this home is second to none; you will be hard pressed to find a more beautifully built home on Topsail.

Outside, two driveways with two covered carports provide ample parking. For your convenience, there is a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. A built in bench, shower caddy, mirror and towel hooks provide all you need to wash away the sand and sunscreen from a day at the beach!

Recreation opportunities abound in Topsail, whether you like to kayak, surf, fish, jet ski, parasail, bike, run or golf (Coastal Carolina's only four-star golf course, "North Shore Golf and Ocean Club" is close by), it's all here! Also, you may want to try a couple of our favorite places to eat: New York Deli for the best omelets, great coffee and superb sandwiches/salads, Long Island Pizzeria for great Italian....as well as Sears Landing for fresh seafood.
