Come and enjoy a wonderfully relaxing visit to this beautiful home near the sea. Take in the great views of the ocean in the front of the house and beautiful inlet views from the rear of the house.

Drinks by the pool at the tiki bar, breakfast in the sunroom with the breeze from the ocean blowing through the windows, just a short walk to the beach... it doesn't get much better! Lots of room for family and friends. And, when you want a bit of inside fun, enjoy one of the two large flat screen TV's located in each of the two large living areas or a hand or two at the full size poker/game table.

There are five bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. Three have king size beds and two have queens. There is also a queen size pull out in the sectional sofa and a single bed in the upstairs den.

The only thing that rivals the house itself is its location. It is in a quiet area of the beach but very close to all of the fun. Shopping, nightlife, and great food are all just minutes away. You are also just a short walk away from one of the best seafood restaurants on the Grand Strand. You can really have it all staying at this house!

Why The Owner chose Garden City Beach

We LOVE this house because the location gives us fabulous views and peaceful days and we are still very close to all of the attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

What makes this house unique

The views are great of both the ocean and the inlet. Just a very short walk to the beach. Quite location. Great pool and hot tub. And you can walk to one of the best seafood places on the grand strand.

The Perfect Winter Getaway!

This home is beautiful! Our family typically travels to the islands, but opted to spend our week in Garden City this year and we will be back!!! If you have never been to the Garden City Beach in the Winter- you may be as pleasantly surprised as we were! We had gorgeous weather and used the very private pool and hot tub every day and evening. We enjoyed a couple impromptu day trips to Charleston and Wilmington which were easy and much fun!
This home is a renters dream! Spacious, yet warm and intimate with beautiful furnishings and many common areas throughout the house to accommodate families with varied ages and interest.
We were a walk away from a great restaurant and bar that had the most spectacular sunset views!
The beach access is literally across the street and the beach was clean and quiet- we enjoyed being removed a bit from the crowds.
This home is very well maintained- It is obvious that the owners truly care about their guest! Every need and desire was met to our full satisfaction!!!
